07eins Performance Fuel Supply Kit eliminates starting problems and protects the engine

The 07eins Performance Fuel Supply Kit is a specially designed mechanical valve control unit that prevents fuel lines from draining when the engine is shut off by allowing fuel to flow back from the cylinder head.

The problem of fuel return

While the engine is running, fuel from the tank continuously circulates through the cylinder head and heats up the entire fuel supply via the quantity returned in the circuit. After the unit has been shut down, the physical effects of fuel cooling can cause fuel to withdraw from the cylinder head in the delivery lines, despite intact tank venting and factory precautions.

The result is delayed starting with longer running time of the starter motor until the line system is filled and vented again and finally an engine start can be made.

More serious, however, is the resulting side effect: over a longer period of time, minimal amounts of fuel, which were not burned during the delayed starting process, enter the crankcase and can thus contribute to the well-known increase in oil with the associated serious consequential damage. The solution

Based on the long-term tests as well as various different test arrangements of YouTuber NSC ModZ 07eins has developed in close cooperation from these findings the Performance Fuel Supply Kit for fuel systems with 4 connections.

The fuel valve kit is designed to support the function of the pre-feed pump and replace missing/damaged or worn components of the factory fuel return system. The fuel valve kit uses threshold pressure valves to isolate both supply and return fuel lines from the tank and diesel filter after engine shutdown. This ensures that sufficient fuel is always available directly in the cylinder head to guarantee an immediate, clean engine start.

Suitability

The variant with 4 quick coupling connections is suitable for all Volkswagen T5 Multivan, Caravelle and Transporter models with corresponding 4-pole fuel filter or 2-pole fuel filter. An overview of the variants can be found on our Overview page.
