Specially developed, mechanical valve control unit which prevents the fuel lines to the cylinder head from running empty when the engine is switched off.
The fuel valve kit is designed to support the function of the pre-feed pump and to replace missing/damaged or worn components of the factory fuel return system.

Variants:
To determine the appropriate variant of the performance fuel supply kit for your vehicle, please check in advance which filter type would be installed (with 2 or 4 connections). You will find all the necessary information in the "Selection guide" section of the installation instructions (German) or installation instructions (English).
- PFSK-4: Version for use in vehicles with 4 connections on the fuel filter unit
- PFSK-2: Version for use in vehicles with 2 connections on the fuel filter unit
- PFSK-U: universal version with hose connections(separate product)
Background:
While driving, fuel from the tank continuously circulates through the cylinder head and heats up the entire fuel supply via the quantity returned to the circuit. After the engine has been switched off, the physical effects of the cooling of the fuel can cause the fuel in the delivery lines to withdraw from the cylinder head despite the tank ventilation being intact.
This results in delayed starting processes with a longer running time of the starter until the engine starts.
Over a longer period of time, minimal amounts of fuel that were not burned during the delayed starting process enter the crankcase and can therefore contribute to the known oil build-up with the associated consequential damage.
The fuel valve kit uses swell pressure valves to isolate both the fuel supply and return lines from the tank and diesel filter after the engine has been switched off, thus ensuring that sufficient fuel is always available directly in the cylinder head to guarantee an immediate, clean engine start.

MIGUEL ANGEL HERNANDEZ Hola amigos, yo creo qué puse comentarios, y la verdad es increíble el producto, desde que llego lo puse y ya no ha vuelto a fallar ojalá os abría encontrado antes. Según ves el precio te asusta, pero si empiezas a cambiar piezas y cuando llegas a esto te das cuenta que merece la pena. Me gustaría comprar más cosas pero poco a poco lo haré.
