Engine-specific tuning improves the turbocharger’s durability and reliability. 07eins uses the most robust bearing designs available for the respective engine type; larger axial bearing washers and main bearings increase wear resistance and bearing load-carrying capacity. Depending on the engine and operating requirements, other components such as the compressor housing, turbine shaft, oil supply and pressure actuator are specifically selected.

How does the 07eins Turbo-Check work?
You receive a shipping label and an order confirmation to sign. Send in the securely packed defective turbocharger together with the signed confirmation, including authorisation for disposal. 07eins analyses the component; you receive the PDF report via a download link sent by email. The defective turbocharger is then disposed of free of charge. The service is intended for customers in Germany and the other EU member states.
