With our 07eins turbochargers, you are opting exclusively for unused new parts instead of the usual reconditioned used parts. Usually, replacement turbochargers are often reconditioned components whose compressor housing and exhaust gas turbine housing come from used turbochargers, which are reconditioned with replacement components in the inner workings (compressor wheel, turbine wheel, central shaft, bearings) after damage has occurred. Replacement components of inferior quality are very often used for this purpose, which is reflected above all in the bearing size and the quality of the bearing material. For example, a replacement bearing with a smaller surface area often offers significantly reduced bearing stability, which leads to starting marks and ultimately to considerable wear on the bearing itself, especially during cold running and starting.

This ensures that compressor housings and exhaust turbine housings are of the highest quality and free from any wear or previous damage.

In addition, the bearing versions we use are always selected according to the largest available bearing surface for the respective turbocharger make, which is directly linked to better cold-start properties and an increased service life of the turbocharger.

As a result, our products often exceed OEM quality standards and thus serve our claim of longevity and improved vehicle service life, which we are familiar with from the development of the PDE bridge and PDE body mounts.

All products are always supplied with all the necessary seals and attachments. Additional consumables for the assembly of the turbocharger or the necessary retrofitting of components from the old turbo are therefore completely eliminated.
