The ORIGINAL PDE bridge (pump-nozzle bridge) was invented and developed by 07eins for all 2.5 TDI engines of the Volkswagen Group (VW, Audi, Skoda, SEAT; all code letters).
- The original PDE bridge, developed by 07eins back in 2015 and installed in more than 10,000 vehicles since then - now a tried-and-tested means of repairing damaged cylinder heads and preventing damage to the injector sealing seats that could jeopardize their function.
- Installation is carried out without any modification to the cylinder head or add-on parts.
- Our modular, utility model-protected system ensures problem-free assembly and disassembly through the use of individual components, as well as the tolerance compensation of the individual injectors to each other necessary for uniform pressure distribution, thanks to the flexible connecting strip made of special aluminum alloy.
- In many cases, it is no longer necessary to replace the damaged cylinder head, as the newly centered PDE can also seal damaged sealing surfaces again (further details can be found in the"Pump-nozzle remedy" section).
- The effectiveness depends largely on the condition and the existing previous damage to the seating surfaces; in the case of recognizably deep run-in marks, a repair can be attempted in combination with our reinforced Viton sealing rings.

Reinforced VITON gasket rings in combination with our original PDE bridge also help in the event of severe run-in marks in the cylinder head: thanks to their larger diameter than the standard gasket rings, they keep the cylinder head tight again, while the PDE bridge fixes the PDEs in place and prevents them from working their way back into the cylinder head.

Yves Ich hatte das Problem, dass mein AXE nach mehr als 8 Stunden Stillstand fast gar nicht mehr startete. Erst nach längerem orgeln kam so langsam ein Zylinder nach dem anderen. Nach dem Einbau dieses Stets war das Problem weg und jetzt nach knapp einem Jahr der der täglichen Nutzung nicht mehr wieder. Demnach sind die Brücke und die speziellen Dichtungen meine absolute Kaufempfehlung, auch wenn der Bus, wie bei mir schon mehr als 350k gelaufen ist.

Lars Gerade noch rechtzeitig eingebaut, um die Sitze der PDEs im Zylinderkopf zu schützen. Wirksame Beseitigung der VW Fehlkonstruktion. Motor läuft problemlos. Keine Ölverdünnung zu erkennen. Jederzeit zu empfehlen, um die Lebensdauer des Motors zu verlängern.
