07eins VITON gasket reinforced for pump-injector unit PDE TDI engines

• Newly developed oversized sealing rings made of high-quality VITON sealing material for the upper injector seat (one set required per injector).

• Use in combination with PDE bridge or PDE body holders in the case of already heavily worn sealing surfaces in the cylinder head or persistent leaks in the PDE seats.

• Sealing surfaces do not need to be machined (exception: slight manual smoothing of the sharp edges in the area of the worn seats is advisable). Precautionary use is not recommended due to the oversize - we recommend the original sealing kits from BOSCH for less damaged seat surfaces.

• Suitable oversize for significantly improved sealing properties.

• Special VITON / FKM material for excellent chemical resistance to oil and diesel, as well as the temperature range prevailing in the engine.

All products from 07eins / Engine (Pump-Injector Remedy) are designed to minimize the effects or reduce the symptoms of factory design faults in the engines concerned. Early use of the products can positively influence the service life of the cylinder head and limit the effects of damage that has already occurred. However, our products are not able to compensate for excessive running-in marks and damage to the sealing surfaces. Any assembly/disassembly costs incurred as a result of use, consumables and follow-up costs are always the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Pumpe-Düse-Abhilfe.
