  • Die original PDE-Brücke für VW T5 2.5 TDI-Motoren wurde 2015 von 07eins zur Reparatur beschädigter Zylinderköpfe und zur Vorbeugung von funktionsgefährdenden Beschädigungen der Injektor-Dichtungssitze (Zylinderkopgschaden) entwickelt. Erfolgreich in tausenden Fahrzeugen verbaut. Einbau ohne Veränderung an Zylinderkopf und Anbauteilen.

    07EINS / PUMP-NOZZLE-DISCONNECT (PDA)

    Our products are installed without modifications/work on the engine/cylinder head. Original screws and fixing points are used. Service-related reassembly for further maintenance work can be carried out without any problems due to the multi-part design.

Forgtin "Quality Check"-Station / Task:

Design, development and production of a quality check station for the medical aid "ForgTin", including a user interface, a parameter setting via remote maintenance mode, a worldwide test report transmission via email and an automatic laser engraving of the unique identification number.
