When PDEs migrate, simply repairing the seal is often no longer sufficient.
In pump-jet TDI engines with unit injectors, the unit injectors can shift within the cylinder head or become worn into the sealing surfaces due to vibrations, mileage and stress. As a result, the sealing rings no longer sit correctly, the seal deteriorates and typical PDE problems can arise.
The 07eins PDE injector retainer Ultimate Set combines mechanical PDE fixation, reinforced sealing, a renewed electrical PDE connection and fitting materials in a high-quality repair package.
Identifying typical PDE problems
These symptoms may indicate wandering or leaking PDEs
Many drivers don’t initially look for PD injector retainers, but rather for the symptoms: poor starting, jerking, loss of power or rising oil level. It is precisely these signs that can occur in pump-jet TDI engines with unit injectors when the unit injectors no longer sit properly in the cylinder head, move slightly or the seals no longer provide a reliable seal.
Starting difficulties when cold or warm
The engine starts less easily in the morning, after a long period of inactivity, or even when warm. Often, you have to crank it for longer until the TDI runs smoothly.
Uneven engine running and jerking

Klaus Leider hat der Korpushalter nicht das gehalten was versprochen war , nach Einbau in der Fachwerkstatt ist der Fehler der Ölvermehrung weiterhin da.
Die Werkstatt musste auch noch Endmaße ordern um den Einbau nach Anleitung zu machen.Die PDE Einheiten wurden auch in diesem Maße
überholt. Sicherlich ist der Motor des T5 ein wahrer Schrotthaufen nur nach einer 4000€ Reparatur hätte ich mehr erwartet.
Das Set ist von der Verarbeitungsqualität schon OK. aber wenn das Ergebnis
so ist ,ist wohl bei einem T5nur noch die Presse zu bevorzugen,ab und weg
mit dem VAG Schrott.
