For example, a replacement bearing with a smaller surface area often offers significantly reduced bearing stability, which leads to start-up marks and ultimately to considerable wear on the bearing itself, especially during cold running and starting.

This ensures that compressor housings and exhaust turbine housings are of the best quality and free from any wear or previous damage.

In addition, the bearing versions we use are always selected according to the largest available bearing surface for the respective turbocharger make, which is directly linked to better cold-start properties and an increased turbocharger service life.

As a result, our products often exceed OEM quality standards and thus serve our claim of longevity and improved vehicle service life, which we are familiar with from the development of the PDE bridge and PDE body mounts.

All products are always supplied with all the necessary seals and attachments. Additional consumables for the assembly of the turbocharger or the necessary retrofitting of components from the old turbo are therefore completely eliminated.
