These symptoms may indicate leaking, loose or electrically faulty 16V PDEs.

Many drivers first notice the symptoms, not the cause. In 16V 2.0 TDI pump-jet TDI engines with unit injectors, mechanically stressed unit injector seats, leaky seals or contact issues with the wiring harness can cause similar driving and starting problems.

PDE numbers help with compatibility checks.

By checking the OE and Bosch part numbers of the unit injectors fitted in the engine, you can verify whether the PD injector design is generally compatible with the 16V PD injector bridge.

The following numbers refer to the Bosch unit injector or pump-nozzle injector fitted. They are not part numbers for the 16V PD injector bridge, but are used to identify the correct PD injector variant.

The specific PD injector variant actually fitted in the vehicle remains crucial. The engine code, PD injector number and vehicle data should all be checked together before ordering.

Compatible vehicle models.

This Ultimate Set is intended for compatible 2.0 TDI 16V unit injector engines fitted with Bosch PD injectors. The engine code, vehicle specifications and the actual PDE/injector variant fitted are decisive factors.

The engine code letters are decisive AZV, BKD, BLB, BNA, BRE, BVF, BVG and BRF. Not suitable for common-rail engines, 8V PD injector variants or Siemens/piezo PD injectors.

Important: This list shows the current 07eins initial compatibility. If your engine code is not listed, your engine may still be affected. Please contact us briefly with your engine code, vehicle details and PDE injector number – we will check suitability and update the list as soon as compatibility has been clearly confirmed.

Don’t just seal it. Address the root cause — and consider the electrical connection too.

With unit injector engines, simply fitting new seals is often not enough. When the unit injector is operating in its seat, even new seals are subjected to mechanical stress. At the same time, an old wiring harness may continue to cause contact problems after the repair.

That is why 07eins tackles the movement itself with the 16V PD injector bridge: the unit injector is stabilised on the housing, the forces are transferred to the cylinder head via the aluminium connecting strip, and tolerances are compensated for using shims. The Ultimate Set complements this mechanical solution with reinforced seals, suitable fitting hardware and a pre-assembled genuine VW wiring harness.

The scope of protection is determined by the claims of the utility model; the description and drawings serve to interpret these. The invention relates to a device for stabilising, securing and positioning unit injectors, comprising retaining elements, a connecting strip and an additional support, contact or fastening area.
