SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIPPING ABROAD:
Deliveries abroad may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees which are not included in the total price shown.
PROCESSING TIME:
The processing time is usually the same working day if the order is received by 11:00 (Berlin time zone, UCT+2), otherwise the next working day for orders received after 11:00. Standard shipping is processed Monday through Friday.
SHIPPING TIME:
The shipping time is made up of our processing time (until the parcel is handed over to the shipping service provider) and the transportation time of the shipping service provider.
EXPRESS DELIVERIES:
Express delivery is possible for certain products to certain countries. If applicable, these are then shown as a shipping option in the checkout and an estimated delivery date is displayed.
On request via the contact form, "over night" express delivery (delivery by 09:00 or 12:00) is also possible in certain cases.
