The PDE body brackets are the PDE bridge for 1.9 TDI and 2.0 TDI 4-cylinder engines with pump-injector elements!

Suitable for 1.9 TDI and 2.0 TDI engines with the engine code letters:

  • BMP, BJB, BDJ, BSU

Like the PDE bridge, the PDE body holders prevent the PDE injection nozzles from moving as a result of the factory and design and fix the PDE injection nozzles (injectors) in such a way that they return to their original position and can no longer move due to engine vibrations and can no longer work their way into the cylinder head. The sealing rings remain in their target position and can seal perfectly again.

ORIGINAL PDE body holder von 07eins for diesel engines with pump-injector unit for Audi, Seat, Skoda or Volkswagen

  • The original PDE body holders, developed by 07eins in 2020 and installed in thousands of vehicles since then - a now proven means of repairing damaged cylinder heads and preventing damage to the injector sealing seats in TDI engines from VAG (Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, SEAT), built between approx. 1998 and 2010.
  • The latest development for the repair and prevention of damaged PDE seats - universally applicable in pump-injector engines with Bosch injectors. The PDE body holders are suitable for TDI engines with PDEs mounted on one side.
  • Can be installed with the original screws, without any modification to the injectors or cylinder head.
  • Ensures that the injectors can be bolted together as a compact unit and thus achieve the best possible centering in their gasket seats.
  • In the majority of cases, it is no longer necessary to replace the damaged cylinder head, as the now centered PDEs also seal again in the damaged sealing surfaces (for details, see also the "Overview" section).
  • Made from solid steel material
  • The effectiveness depends largely on the condition and the existing previous damage to the seating surfaces. If the run-in marks are noticeably deep, a repair can be attempted in combination with our reinforced Viton sealing rings.

Our recommendation for severely damaged cylinder heads

Reinforced VITON gasket rings in combination with our original PDE bridge also help in the event of severe run-in marks in the cylinder head: thanks to their larger diameter than the standard gasket rings, they keep the cylinder head tight again, while the PDE bridge fixes the PDEs in place and prevents them from working their way back into the cylinder head.

Notes

All products from 07eins / Engine (pump-nozzle remedy) are designed to minimize the effects of factory design defects on the engines concerned or to reduce their symptoms. Early use of the products can have a positive effect on the service life of the cylinder head and limit the effects of damage that has already occurred. However, our products are not able to compensate for excessive running-in marks and damage to the sealing surfaces. Any assembly/disassembly costs incurred as a result of use, consumables and follow-up costs are always the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Pumpe-Düse-Abhilfe.
