The PDE body brackets are the PDE bridge for 2.5 TDI 5-cylinder engines with pump-injector elements!
The ORIGINAL PDE body holders (pump-nozzle body holders) are developed by 07eins.
- The latest development for the repair and prevention of damaged PDE seats - universally applicable in pump-nozzle engines with Bosch injectors
- Can be installed with the original screws, without any modification to the injectors or cylinder head
- Ensures that the injectors can be screwed together as a compact unit, thus achieving the best possible centering in their seal seats.
- Installation is carried out without any modification to the cylinder head and add-on parts.
- Our modular, utility model-protected system ensures problem-free assembly and disassembly through the use of individual components, as well as the tolerance compensation of the individual injectors to each other necessary for uniform pressure distribution, thanks to the flexible connecting strip made of special aluminum alloy.
- In many cases, it is no longer necessary to replace the damaged cylinder head, as the newly centered PDE can also seal damaged sealing surfaces again (further details can be found in the"Pump-nozzle remedy" section).
- The effectiveness depends largely on the condition and the existing previous damage to the seating surfaces; if there are recognizably deep run-in marks, a repair can be attempted in combination with our reinforced Viton sealing rings.

Reinforced VITON gasket rings in combination with our original PDE bridge also help in the event of severe run-in marks in the cylinder head: thanks to their larger diameter than the standard gasket rings, they keep the cylinder head tight again, while the PDE bridge fixes the PDEs in place and prevents them from working their way back into the cylinder head.

Klaus Leider hat der Korpushalter nicht das gehalten was versprochen war , nach Einbau in der Fachwerkstatt ist der Fehler der Ölvermehrung weiterhin da.
Die Werkstatt musste auch noch Endmaße ordern um den Einbau nach Anleitung zu machen.Die PDE Einheiten wurden auch in diesem Maße
überholt. Sicherlich ist der Motor des T5 ein wahrer Schrotthaufen nur nach einer 4000€ Reparatur hätte ich mehr erwartet.
Das Set ist von der Verarbeitungsqualität schon OK. aber wenn das Ergebnis
so ist ,ist wohl bei einem T5nur noch die Presse zu bevorzugen,ab und weg
mit dem VAG Schrott.
