Delivery areas and shipping costs

The available delivery countries and shipping methods depend on the products you order and your delivery address. The product groups below show our delivery areas and total delivery times.

The specific shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery country, the products ordered and their shipping profiles, the weight or order value, and the shipping method selected. We show you the shipping costs for your order and the total amount at checkout before you submit your binding order.

For orders containing products from several shipping profiles, shipping costs may be combined. The total amount shown at checkout before you submit your binding order is decisive.

Delivery times and processing

The delivery times stated for the respective product or for your delivery destination during the ordering process before you place your order apply to your order. They include processing and transport until the goods arrive.

Unless a different start date is expressly stated for the respective delivery period, it starts on the day after the contract is concluded. For payment in advance, the period starts on the day after both the contract has been concluded and we have received the full invoice amount.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the place of dispatch or the delivery location.

For goods in stock, we process orders on the same dispatch day if full payment is received by 11:00 (Europe/Berlin time zone, CET or CEST depending on the time of year), otherwise on the next dispatch day. Dispatch days are the working days defined above. Orders or payments received on a non-dispatch day are processed on the next dispatch day. Processing time is included in the total delivery times below.

A different product-specific delivery time expressly stated before you order takes precedence. Your statutory rights in the event of a delivery delay remain unaffected.

Express shipping

Express shipping is available for certain products and delivery addresses. You can see which shipping methods you can choose for your order during the ordering process. The delivery time stated for the selected shipping method before you place your order is decisive.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We offer the following payment methods. Which ones you can use for your order depends, among other things, on the country, currency, your device and the payment provider’s requirements.

• Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay.
• Digital payment options: PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Regional payment methods: Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, iDEAL | Wero, Klarna, MobilePay, Przelewy24 and TWINT.
• Payment in advance by bank transfer: You transfer the invoice amount to the account provided for this purpose. Dispatch takes place after full payment has been received, within the delivery time applicable to your order.

The payment methods available for your order are shown during the ordering process. Not every payment method is available in every country or for every order.

Taxes and import charges

The displayed prices take account of the VAT indicated for the order. The applicable tax rate may depend on the delivery country.

Deliveries outside the EU customs territory may incur additional customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees. These import charges are not collected through our checkout and, where applicable, must be paid by you in addition. They may be collected by the responsible authority or the service provider handling import clearance.

Orders from businesses within the EU

A VAT-exempt intra-Community supply requires, among other things, a valid VAT identification number and compliance with the legal requirements. Providing a VAT identification number therefore does not automatically make an order tax-exempt. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to clarify the VAT treatment of your business order. The payment method selected does not replace this check.
