"Currently rebuilding the third engine with your systems. Works perfectly. With the 2.5l 174ps no more starting difficulties perfect running at idle speed consumption approx. 1.5 -2 liters less."

"I recently did this on the 2.5 Tdi T5 bus, it's really worth it, no more diesel in the oil and starts perfectly! Seats were already badly damaged before!"

"My "short" report: The quality of the holders is perfect, cleanly milled - delivery was fast.
Condition of the engine: Signs of wear after 215,000 km (engine has run approx. 120,000 km long distance) on the camshaft minor - no scoring, all cams smooth, a little "polished" in places. The elements had hardly worked their way into the head. The o-rings of the PDEs were still very good, hardly/not worn, as you often see.
The rebuild: We installed the PD mounts in my T5 1.9 AXB 2 days ago - a purely precautionary measure, not a defect. So far, the engine has run a little (PD-)rough at cold start, but then always perfectly. Changing all the sealing rings is quick. You have to work very cleanly. Therefore, clean the PD element carefully, the nozzles too and also the bore in the head. The holder is screwed to the PDE with 2 small countersunk screws. This eliminates the small flat iron and the two original screws. We only tightened the new screws by feel, but secured them with Loctite. The new (expansion) bolts for the bracket and the rocker arm shaft bolts are tightened one after the other and then with torque + angle. Due to the lack of a dial gauge, we adjusted the finger followers by eye (PDE at the lowest point and 180 degrees back).
Conclusion: The brackets are top quality, fit very accurately and can be fitted by mechanics without any problems - takes about 2 hours on a 4-z cylinder. I would buy the parts again. They inspire confidence compared to the original holders. A big compliment to the developers and the whole team!"
