• The original PDE bridge, already 2015 from 07eins and installed in thousands of vehicles since then - is now a proven means of repairing damaged cylinder heads and preventing damage to the injector sealing seats that could jeopardize their function

• Installation is carried out without any changes to the cylinder head and add-on parts 

• Our modular, utility model-protected system ensures problem-free assembly and disassembly through the use of individual components, as well as the tolerance compensation of the individual injectors to each other necessary for uniform pressure distribution, thanks to the flexible connecting strip made of special aluminum alloy.

• In many cases, it is no longer necessary to replace the damaged cylinder head, as the newly centered PDEs can also seal damaged sealing surfaces again (further details can be found in the "Pump-nozzle remedy").

• The effectiveness depends largely on the condition and the existing previous damage to the seating surfaces; if the run-in marks are noticeably deep, a repair can be attempted in combination with our reinforced Viton sealing rings.

If there is no improvement in your vehicle, you can return our products for a refund of your purchase price for two months, regardless of whether there are any signs of use (assembly/disassembly costs, consumables and follow-up costs are excluded).

All products from 07eins / Engine (pump-nozzle remedy) are designed to minimize the effects or reduce the symptoms of factory design defects on the engines concerned. Early use of the products can have a positive influence on the service life of the cylinder head and limit the effects of damage that has already occurred. However, our products are not able to compensate for excessive running-in marks and damage to the sealing surfaces. Any assembly/disassembly costs incurred as a result of use, consumables and follow-up costs are always the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Pumpe-Düse-Abhilfe.
