VITON gasket for TDI engines: One set of VITON gaskets is required per injector. Newly developed VITON gaskets with an oversized fit, made from high-quality VITON sealing material, for the upper injector seat.

Accessories

The original PDE bridge for VW T5 2.5 TDI engines was developed by 07eins in 2015 to repair damaged cylinder heads and prevent damage to the injector seal seats that could compromise engine function (cylinder head damage). Successfully installed in over 10,000 vehicles. Installation requires no modifications to the cylinder head or attached components.

The 07eins "Performance" kit consists of 1 x ORIGINAL PDE bridge, 1 x Performance Fuel Supply Kit, 5 x reinforced VITON gasket set, 1 x PDE hose set / PDE wiring harness, and 1 x PDE mounting kit for 5-cylinder engines for the VW T5 2.5 TDI.
The PDE bridge is designed to prevent damage to the injector seal seats in common-rail engines.
