Shipping policy

SPECIAL NOTES ON SHIPPING TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES:

Shipments to foreign countries may be subject to duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the total price shown.

PROCESSING TIME:

The processing time is usually the same business day if the order is received by 12:00 (Berlin time zone, UCT+2), otherwise the next business day for orders received after 12:00. Standard shipping is processed Monday to Friday.

SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping time is composed of our processing time (until the package is handed over to the shipping service provider) and the shipping service provider's transportation time.

EXPRESS DELIVERIES:

Express delivery is available to certain countries for certain products. If applicable, these are then identifiable as a shipping option in the checkout and an estimated delivery date is displayed.

Upon request via contact form, an "over night" express delivery (delivery until 09:00 or 12:00) is also possible in certain cases.

PAYMENT METHODS:

• PayPal (credit card, debit, bank transfer)
  When you select this payment method, the next step is to be redirected to PayPal. If the required data have been entered there, it automatically goes back to this store to complete the order.
  
  NOTE: For intra-community deliveries to traders within the EU, payment in advance is recommended. In this case, an invoice is sent in advance without VAT to be shown, so that this does not have to be refunded again.

• Against prepayment
  Please transfer the mentioned amount to the given bank account. Your item will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment.
