07eins reinforced VITON seals for pump-nozzle unit

• Newly developed oversize sealing rings made of high-quality VITON sealing material for the upper injector seat (one set per injector required).

• Use in combination with PDE bridge or PDE body holders in case of already heavily worn sealing surfaces in the cylinder head or persistent leakage of the PDE seats.

• Sealing surfaces do not have to be machined (exception: slight manual smoothing of the sharp edges in the area of the worn-in seats makes sense). Precautionary use is not recommended due to the oversize - in case of little damaged seat surfaces we recommend the original sealing kits from BOSCH.

• suitable oversize for significantly improved sealing properties.

• Special material VITON/FKM for excellent chemical resistance to oil and diesel, as well as the temperature range prevailing in the engine.

All 07eins / Engine (Pump Nozzle Remedy) products are designed to minimize the effects of, or reduce the symptoms of, factory design defects in the engines concerned. Early use of the products can positively influence the service life of the cylinder head and limit the effects of damage that has already occurred. However, even our products cannot compensate for run-in marks and damage to the sealing surfaces that have progressed too far. Any assembly/disassembly costs incurred by an application, consumables and follow-up costs are always on the customer side and will not be reimbursed by Pumpe-Düse-Abhilfe.
