Take-back and Disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Information on Disposing of Old Appliances
Electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with household trash. When an electrical or electronic device becomes waste, you are required to dispose of it separately from unsorted municipal waste.
This means: Waste equipment must be dropped off at a suitable collection or return point. This ensures that the raw materials it contains are properly recovered and any hazardous substances are handled appropriately.
Returning old devices to 07eins
07eins is registered under WEEE registration number DE 45581552.
When you purchase a new electrical or electronic device from 07eins, we will take back an old device of the same type that essentially performs the same functions as the new device, free of charge.
For deliveries to your private residence, the return of a corresponding old device generally takes place at the point of delivery if you inform us before or at the latest when completing your order that you wish to return an old device upon delivery. This allows us to organize the return accordingly.
Return via Collection Points
For online orders placed via 07eins.com, you can also return old devices free of charge through the collection points we provide.
You can find a collection point near you here:

Please follow the instructions provided there regarding the drop-off and acceptance of old electrical appliances.
Batteries, rechargeable batteries, and lamps
If waste devices contain used batteries, rechargeable batteries, or lamps that are not permanently enclosed within the device, these must be removed without damage and disposed of separately before disposal.
OELMETRIK does not contain any batteries, rechargeable batteries, or lamps that need to be removed by the user.
Deletion of personal data
You are personally responsible for deleting personal data from the end-of-life device to be disposed of before handing it in.
Therefore, please check before returning the device whether any personal data is stored on it and delete it on your own responsibility.
Meaning of the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol
Electrical and electronic equipment marked with the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol must not be disposed of with household waste.
The symbol indicates that the device must be collected separately from unsorted municipal waste and taken to a suitable collection or return point.
