When PDEs shift, a simple gasket repair is often no longer sufficient.
In common-rail TDI engines, the common-rail elements can shift within the cylinder head or wear into the sealing surfaces due to vibrations, mileage, and stress. As a result, the sealing rings no longer fit optimally, the seal deteriorates, and typical common-rail problems can arise.
The 07eins PDE Body Holder Ultimate Set combines mechanical PDE fixation, reinforced sealing, renewed electrical PDE connection, and mounting hardware in a high-quality repair package.
Recognizing Typical PDE Problems
These symptoms may indicate shifting or leaking PDEs
Many drivers initially look for the symptoms rather than PDE body retainers: poor starting, jerking, loss of power, or rising oil levels. These are precisely the signs that can occur in common-rail TDI engines when the common-rail elements in the cylinder head no longer fit snugly and move slightly or the gaskets no longer provide a reliable seal.
Starting difficulties when cold or warm
The engine starts poorly in the morning, after a long period of inactivity, or even when warm. Often, the engine needs to be revved for a while before the TDI runs smoothly.
Rough engine operation and jerking
The engine idles roughly, shakes, or responds unevenly while driving. This may indicate a faulty PDE position, a leak, or uneven fuel injection.
Loss of power and reduced torque
The TDI no longer pulls as usual, accelerates more sluggishly, or feels less powerful under load. An inaccurate seal or altered injection conditions can noticeably impair engine performance.

Klaus Leider hat der Korpushalter nicht das gehalten was versprochen war , nach Einbau in der Fachwerkstatt ist der Fehler der Ölvermehrung weiterhin da.
Die Werkstatt musste auch noch Endmaße ordern um den Einbau nach Anleitung zu machen.Die PDE Einheiten wurden auch in diesem Maße
überholt. Sicherlich ist der Motor des T5 ein wahrer Schrotthaufen nur nach einer 4000€ Reparatur hätte ich mehr erwartet.
Das Set ist von der Verarbeitungsqualität schon OK. aber wenn das Ergebnis
so ist ,ist wohl bei einem T5nur noch die Presse zu bevorzugen,ab und weg
mit dem VAG Schrott.
