• The original PDE body holders, 2020 from 07eins and installed in thousands of vehicles since then - now a tried-and-tested means of repairing damaged cylinder heads and preventing damage to the injector seal seats in VAG (Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, SEAT) TDI engines built between around 1998 and 2010.
• The latest development for the repair and prevention of damaged PDE seats - universally applicable in pump-injector engines with Bosch injectors. The PDE body holders are suitable for TDI engines with PDEs mounted on one side.
• Can be installed with the original screws, without any modification to the injectors or cylinder head.
• Ensures that the injectors can be bolted together as a compact unit and thus achieve the best possible centering in their gasket seats.

Effectiveness and function depend largely on the condition and existing damage to the seat surfaces! In the case of deep run-in marks, a repair can be attempted in combination with reinforced Viton sealing rings.

Our offer: Before replacing the cylinder head - test the PDE body holder! Unfortunately, in older vehicles with high mileages, there are always many sources of faults. We would like to support you in your decision and therefore offer you an extended right of return for the use of our products. If there is no improvement in your vehicle, you can return our products for a refund of your purchase price for two months, regardless of whether there are any signs of use (assembly/disassembly costs, consumables and follow-up costs are excluded here).

All products from 07eins / Engine (pump/nozzle remedy) are designed to minimize the effects or reduce the symptoms of factory design defects in the engines concerned. Early use of the products can have a positive influence on the service life of the cylinder head and limit the effects of damage that has already occurred. However, our products are not able to compensate for excessive running-in marks and damage to the sealing surfaces. Any assembly/disassembly costs incurred as a result of use, consumables and follow-up costs are always the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Pumpe-Düse-Abhilfe.
