When PDEs shift, simply repairing the seal is often no longer sufficient.
In 1.9 TDI and 2.0 TDI common-rail engines, the unit injectors can shift within the cylinder head or wear into the sealing surfaces due to vibrations, mileage, and stress. As a result, the sealing rings no longer fit optimally, the seal deteriorates, and typical common-rail issues can arise.
The 07eins PDE injector retainer complete set combines mechanical PDE fixation, reinforced sealing, and matching mounting hardware in a coordinated repair package.
Recognizing typical PDE problems
These symptoms may indicate shifting or leaking PDEs
Many drivers initially look for the symptoms rather than PD injector retainers: poor starting, jerking, loss of power, or rising oil levels. These are precisely the signs that can occur in common-rail TDI engines when the unit injectors in the cylinder head no longer fit snugly, causing minimal move or the seals no longer provide a reliable seal.
Starting difficulties when cold or warm
The engine starts more poorly in the morning, after a long period of inactivity, or even when warm. Often, it takes longer to get the TDI running smoothly.

Zuerst an meinem 1.9 TDI T5 BRS und jetzt bei unserem Caddy mit dem 2.0 SDI BST Saugdiesel. Beide Fahrzeuge springen top an. Ich kann 07eins jedem empfehlen, der Kummer mit den Pumpe Düse Motoren hat.
Schlau ist es, sie schon bei geringer Laufleistung zu verbauen. Dann halten die Motoren ewig ;-)
